Our birthing rooms are private and high-tech
You’ll have a private birthing room equipped with some of the best technology to care for you and your little one. This state-of-the-art equipment includes our central fetal monitoring system that helps us track your baby’s vital signs during labor and delivery. Our contemporary birthing beds ensure that you’re both comfortable and safe as baby comes. We also offer anesthesia services during delivery.
Our two birthing rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and other amenities. They’re both located close to the nurse’s station, so you’ll be able to get additional help when you need it. Our newborn nursery is also close by.
We have experienced obstetrics pros
While our state-of-the-art equipment is remarkable, our experienced staff is exceptional. Our obstetrics team includes highly qualified physicians and nurses who are exceptional at delivering babies. So you can rest assured knowing they know how to take great care of you.
They love helping new moms and dads and families. And of course, they love babies too.
Outpatient care is available too
In addition to offering labor and delivery services, we offer outpatient care too. Our doctors can assist you with a variety of procedures, including:
- Antibiotics.
- Blood transfusions.
- Injections and shots.
- IV infusions.
- Non-stress testing.

If you would like to deliver your baby at Frio Regional Hospital’s birthing center, let your doctor know. We can also admit you to the hospital for observation, should you have a pregnancy complication. Just let your doctor know.
